USERNAME: If you do not know your Relias Username and you use Paycom, you can find it in Paycom Employee Self-Service (ESS) under Additional Information. In Paycom, Click the ‘Information’ tab in the top tool bar, then select ‘Additional Information’ from the menu. Your Relias Username will display on the screen.

If you are a Care Provider and do not use Paycom, your Relias Username is the first 3 letters of your first name + your full last name. For example, Jessica Rabbit’s username would be: jesrabbit.

PASSWORD: If this is the first time you’re logging in, your password is Pathlight1 (case sensitive, no spaces).

If you have logged in before but have forgotten your password, click “Forgot your Password?” below and follow the prompts.
